Refund Policy


Returns 
Unfortunately, when purchasing goods in any of the Koala Paradise web-store, no returns are going to be accepted. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
You as a customer are eligible for a refund in the following conditions:

- The product has not been delivered on time (max 30 days) and didn't meet the time constraints. (*)

* After requesting a refund by email, a revision of the tracking information for that specific item is going to take place in order to determine whether or not the request is justified.

- The product has been damaged during the delivery process or is presented damaged/broken upon opening the package. (**) 

** In this case, a picture of the SKU number and one of the product itself is to be sent to the following email for revision: koalaparadiseteam@gmail.com


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, except if they fall under the refund policy above: broken or missing, etc.
